Privacy policy

This policy applies to ElectroERP (all editions, including the Microsoft Store edition) and to this website, provided by Omnexa Technologies, a tech division of Smiles To Miles Vacations Private Limited, India (“Omnexa”, “we”, “us”).

1. Your business data stays on your computer

Everything you enter in ElectroERP — company details, products, customers, suppliers, invoices, payments, stock, users and settings — is stored only on the computer where ElectroERP is installed, in the app's local storage. We do not operate any server that receives this data, and ElectroERP does not upload, sync or share it with Omnexa or any third party.

2. What we do not collect

• No account or sign-up is needed to use ElectroERP.
• No analytics, tracking, advertising or telemetry is built into ElectroERP.
• We cannot see, access or recover your data remotely.

3. When information leaves your computer — only when you choose

• WhatsApp, email and phone. Buttons such as “WhatsApp for licence”, “Send on WhatsApp” or “Email” open WhatsApp or your email app with a message you can review before sending. Nothing is sent unless you press Send. Messages you send to us are used only to reply and to issue your licence.
• Backups and exports. Backups, Excel/CSV, JSON (e-invoice, e-way bill) and Tally files are saved where you choose — for example a pen drive or a Google Drive / OneDrive folder. Those services' own privacy terms apply to files you place there.
• Fonts. When your computer is online, ElectroERP and this website may load the free “Inter” font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address like any web request. ElectroERP works normally without it.

4. Licences

A licence key contains your company name, GSTIN, edition, number of users and validity, and is checked on your computer without contacting us. To issue it we keep the details you send us (company name, GSTIN, contact person, phone, email) and our sales records, as required for GST invoicing and accounting under Indian law.

5. This website

This website does not use advertising cookies and has no sign-up forms. Our web host, GoDaddy, adds a small performance-monitoring script to each page and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability; its own privacy policy applies to that data.

6. Security

ElectroERP offers user logins with roles, an audit log and automatic backups. Because data is stored on your computer, please protect it with a Windows password, keep regular backups and store them safely.

7. Children

ElectroERP is business software and is not directed at children.

8. Your rights and contact
